Complaints Book

In accordance with Peruvian Consumer Protection Law N° 29571 and Supreme Decree N° 011-2011-PCM, we make our Virtual Complaints Book available to you.

Important: The Complaints Book form must be completed in Spanish, as required by Peruvian law for legal validity. This page is informational only; the official form is accessible at /reclamos/.

What is the Complaints Book?

The Virtual Complaints Book is a digital channel required by the Peruvian Consumer Protection Law (Law N° 29571) where customers can register formal complaints or grievances regarding products or services.

When should I use it?

  • Complaint: if you have a disagreement related to the products or services you received from Taxi Sonrisas (e.g., service quality, billing dispute).
  • Grievance: if your disagreement is not directly related to the product or service but to customer service or staff conduct.

How does it work?

  1. Visit /reclamos/ and complete the form (in Spanish).
  2. You will receive an email confirmation with your complaint number.
  3. Taxi Sonrisas Premium S.A.C. will respond within the timeframes established by Peruvian law (typically up to 30 calendar days).
